After more than a year of restoration, The Observer Hotel will reopen in 2026.

Reimagined by Barrelhouse Group — the team behind Sydney’s award-winning British inspired pub, The Duke of Clarence — the hotel will once again be a place to socialise, laugh and eat and drink well.
